Construction costs and Pricing

We are the only General Contractor that provides 3 Separate Pricing Models:

1. Lump Sum - we provide a quote for all things related to your project.

2. Cost Plus - we charge a certain percentage to be added the the overall costs, this allows us to be transparent on pricing from subs and materials.

3. Straight Labor- with everything going on in the market, we have on several jobs, just charged straight labor since things can come up and projects can go beyond the contract time. This makes sure we can finish your project in budget and our subs are happy as well.

We also provide 100% financing in-house, and have several private banks that can help fund that project locally.
